All of our house made bratwurst is lovingly crafted and handtied with the perfect amount of smoke and flavor. If you’re looking for old school German-Dakota, then you’ve come to the right place! The burgundy pepper  marinated is a new house favorite and launched right before the holiday!

Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, spices, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite

2 tri-tips (1 Burgundy Pepper & 1Yukon gold) approx 2.5lbs each

4lbs marinated Yukon Gold Chicken Thighs-House Favorite 

4lbs Jalapeño Jack Bratwurst 

4 lbs Smoked Pork/beef bratwurst 

4lbs smoked Apple Bratwurst 

4lbs Cheddar Bratwurst (cheesy brats)
