Crispy Duck Fat Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 medium sized Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 jar duck fat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • Kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Peel Yukon golds and cut in 1-inch cubes or to the size of your liking.
  2. Melt Duck fat in saucepan and pour over diced potatoes.
  3. Add chopped garlic, kosher salt and fresh thyme sprigs.
  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
