Crispy Duck Fat Potatoes Recipe
- 8-10 medium sized Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 jar duck fat
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- Kosher salt
- Peel Yukon golds and cut in 1-inch cubes or to the size of your liking.
- Melt Duck fat in saucepan and pour over diced potatoes.
- Add chopped garlic, kosher salt and fresh thyme sprigs.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
