Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Coconut Sugar Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1 pint organic whip cream

3 T coconut sugar

1 scraped vanilla bean 

Instructions:

  1. With a hand mixer beat whipped cream, scraped vanilla bean and sugar until soft peeks appear.
  2. Adjust sugar to you liking.
  3. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate immediately.
